Returns & Exchanges Policy
At SereneWear, our desire is for every choice you make to bring you absolute serenity and comfort. If for any reason you wish to return or exchange an item, we have designed the process to be transparent, simple, and fully compliant with your rights.
1. Online Return Process
For your maximum convenience, you can now manage your return directly online. Log in to your account, select your order, and follow the simple steps to submit your request. Alternatively, we remain at your disposal at info@sereneweer.com.
2. Deadline & Conditions
You have 14 calendar days from the day of receipt of your order to initiate the process.
In order for us to accept the return and ensure the top quality of our collections, items must be returned with care:
- Condition: Items must not have been used, worn, washed, or damaged in any way.
- Packaging & Labels: They must be returned in the excellent condition in which you received them, along with their original packaging, intact tags, as well as the retail receipt.
With absolute respect for your health and safety, please note that for strict hygiene reasons, exchanges or returns are not accepted for the Body & Underwear category. We suggest you carefully consult the Size Guide before making your selection.
4. Return Shipping Costs
- Size/Style Exchange: We cover the costs of your first exchange in full.
- Refund (Withdrawal): The shipping costs for returning the package are borne by the buyer. Packages should be returned to the address: SereneWear, Iraklitou 27, Kastoria, 52100.
- Incorrect / Defective Product: In the rare event that you receive a defective item, return and reshipment costs are borne exclusively by SereneWear.
5. Refunds
The refund process is completed within 10 working days from the day we receive and inspect the condition of the product. The amount is automatically credited to the same payment method used for the original transaction.
